1. Introduction

All mods are licensed, not sold. Downloading or purchasing a mod grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable right to use that mod for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Mods may not be redistributed, resold, shared, or otherwise distributed to third parties, modified or unmodified, without our explicit permission.

3. Intellectual Property

All site content, mods, and related intellectual property remain our exclusive property. You may not claim ownership, copyright, or other rights in any mods, altered or otherwise.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to use our products or site for unlawful purposes, cheat, exploit, or disrupt game balance, or upload viruses or harmful code. Exploiting bugs or unauthorized use is forbidden. 5. Refunds & Payments

As our mods are digital products, all payments are final. Refunds are not offered unless required by law or issued at our sole discretion. Chargebacks are not permitted. For subscription services, cancel before renewal to avoid charges; renewals are non-refundable.

Account creation may be required for some site features. You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure. You are liable for all activity on your account. Do not share, sell, or transfer accounts.
